Order delivered on the day quoted I think the delivery driver had recently undergone a charisma bypass! I was very surprised to find the ceramic basin was shipped without any pagaging or protection - a risky strategy I would think. Disappointed, did not receive goods on date given. On further enquiry to My Tub customer service, adviser who was apologetic and took my details but did not phone me back with progress update, I had to re-phone for progress update and was advised by a more than helpful adviser that my order had not even been picked up by the courier for delivery and was awaiting dispatch. Had an e mail the following day with update on expected delivery date, unfortunately no will be home to receive goods on this date and will have to see what the courier does as I have been told the goods need a signature on receipt. Not happy especially with the cost of £12 delivery charge. Post office do Special delivery next day service starting from £5 and order can be picked up locally if no one is home o...

Considering the value of my item plus the fact it was of heat resistant glass, I was amazed upon collecting it from Plumb centre how poorly protected it was. It just had one wrap of bubble wrap around it, my son collected it for me and to him because the glass was intact he signed for it. But when I unwrapped it one of the fixing lugs was bent and I had to straighten plus the facial chrome has scratch marks on it that show in place. I had enough hassle trying to find a replacement in the first place and could not face any more to put that right. Had it been packed between 2 pieces of strong material I could well have received it in good condition. Not very happy. ...
