Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and efficient. Steve Marshall particularly. I had been let down by another company so I tried myTub. The bath I wanted was out of stock at the manufacturer but Steve suggested a replacement. I placed my order on Thursday. I needed the bath by the Monday and it turned up the next day, Friday!! Admittedly the bath suggested was quite a bit more expensive but time was of the essence. Thank you again for such good service. ...

Hi let me say that My Tub and a first class service. My fire part which I ordered was no longer available. My Tub e-mail as they had found a replacement part. Very nice and sturdy unit with nice deep sink now fitted, but ... rather difficult to fit as: a holes for plug and tap were not flat, so lots of silicone required to make neat and watertight b only a hole on one side of the sink to secure to wall - could do with one on both sides to hold it stable c no levelling adjusters provided on cabinet, and made unnecessarily complicated to level by having 5 fixed feet on it. I would not buy this if I was getting someone else to fit, as they would not be able to fit it very well in the time they had allocated to the job. Also think twice before buying a ready-assembled vanity unit if the pipework means you need to cut away the back at all - it is quite awkward to get at once assembled, whereas the parts of a self-assembly one can easily be cut o...
