When I phoned to find out if the target delivery date was as planned due to me not being available on that specific day, the customer service was very helpful and eventually it was arranged that I could receive delivery of the order on same day as I had I had phoned. Got more than i expected, I got 2 wheels, 2 bearing sets and a pivot pin, delivery was quick, and kept me informed of when and where I would get the product. these cutters also fit the larger cutters by gerberit....
