I did really want a couple of the flexi couplings which are listed on the Grundfos literature as an option for this pump. The 1st order there were 2 cover seats and they were both broken. I sent them back immediately. The 2nd order got lost, then Christmas and New Year stopped process and finally the seat cover arrived. So fr so good.
