Finally received a complete undamaged wc! Thank you all so much for your extra effort and perseverance in making sure the reordered items reached us intact. I appreciate that Mytub were in no way at fault for the extra waiting time and have been impressed with the regular updates provided. The service is slow! When I order something on the internet postage is normaly under 3 days, but your orders take at least 2 weeks.
